Job Description:
Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires on board. They will recruit through job sites and other strategies to source talented candidates via various channels and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the head of HR to plan and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy.
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, using recruitment systems or headhunting.
- Collaborate with company leaders to anticipate future employment needs.
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interviews, etc.).
- Recruit and network with potential candidates via social media, networking events, and job fairs.
- Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and company environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged for current or future opportunities.
- Handle all hiring paperwork for new employees.
- Prepare onboarding plans and assist new hires during their initial start.
- Coordinate with HR on equipment and login needs for new hires.
- Create onboarding schedules with hiring managers and organize training sessions.
- Greet new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
- Perform regular check-ins with new hires during their probation period.
- Provide updates on talent acquisition initiatives to company leadership.
- Communicate with HR to align hiring needs with organizational goals.
- Propose ideas to improve talent acquisition activities.
- Research compensation benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HR on other HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist with other recruitment projects, including international hiring needs.
Experience and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter preferred.
- Professional HR certification is highly desirable.
- Understanding UK & EU labor requirements is essential.
- Deep knowledge of candidate selection methods.
- Strong understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
