Global Talent Acquisition Administrator

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Administrator plays a key role within the global TA team, ensuring accurate data management and clear stakeholder reporting. This hybrid position bridges administrative excellence with digital fluency, supporting global functions and contributing to process harmonization, systems usage, and continuous improvement across the recruitment lifecycle. The role reports to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and is based in our Bedfont Lakes office (London, UK).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes and administrative tasks around recruitment activities through automation or templates
  • Constantly reviews process harmonization between HR and TA to enhance stakeholder experience
  • Supports workflow configuration and ensures process consistency and alignment across regions
  • Maintains data integrity/ user access across TA platforms and handles system troubleshooting
  • Compiles and analyzes recruitment metrics and generates regular recruitment reports and dashboards
  • Participates in (and partially leads) testing for new system features, updates and tool roll-outs
  • Supports the Global Functions HR and TA teams with administrative tasks
  • Prepares meaningful presentations for department updates and leadership

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a TA coordination/admin or consultancy role
  • Experience across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Office, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate)
  • Fluency in English (written & verbal), other languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central)
  • Proven ability to design and deliver clear, compelling presentations for leadership and global stakeholders
  • Experience working in a geographically distributed global team
