The primary purpose of the Global Systems Operations Specialist role is to support the Manager, Global Sales Systems, who manages the order management system, AdBook, used by the Revenue Organization within Condé Nast.
This includes providing end-user support for AdBook, executing requests to enhance or modify AdBook, supporting the management of the product catalog, and assisting with daily system maintenance, including user management and troubleshooting.
This role reports to the Manager, Global Sales Systems, and supports Condé Nast's US and European markets, including the UK, Spain, Italy, France, and Germany.
