Qualifications

• Proven track record in supply chain leadership within a low-volume, high-spec engineering environment.
• Strong procurement and vendor development experience including international sourcing.
• Technical literacy to interpret engineering drawings and knowledge of CNC machining.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a make vs buy strategy for in-house manufacturing and external suppliers.
• Build and manage a global vendor base and implement supplier KPIs.
• Oversee materials and inventory management, including JIT.
