Arm in Cambridge is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Quality Group and bridge customer expectations with supply chain execution across the product lifecycle. This individual-contributor engineering role involves leading quality activities, coordinating with engineering, suppliers and partners, and applying APQP/PPAP tools, FMEA, MSA and SPC to drive improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience auditing against IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or VDA 6.3.
• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and executive levels.

Aufgaben

• Lead multi-functional quality initiatives across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Interpret and flow down customer, product and regulatory requirements across the supply chain.
• Act as a primary contact for customer audits, assessments and quality compliance.
• Guide suppliers and internal teams on APQP/PPAP and core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis and verify preventive actions.
• Track compliance metrics and deliver assurance reports for leadership decisions.
