Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Planning placement student in Daventry for a 12-month Summer 2027 start. You will gain exposure to a major global organization and learn how end-to-end supply chains operate within a busy business unit.

You will support program management, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communications while developing analytical and presentation skills in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management or Analytics.
• Interest in end-to-end supply chains and how they drive value.
• Analytical thinking with data interpretation and presentation.
• Listen and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Program Management Support - drive progress with the Program Leader.
• Team Engagement - track updates, highlight progress and risks.
• KPI & Reporting - monitor KPIs and identify improvements.
• Stakeholder communication - create high quality presentations.
• Analytics - enable supply chain analysis and provide insights.
• Developing and delivering multi-mode communications for diverse audiences.
• Optimize work processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
