Job summary

CONDUCTR is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to drive the day-to-day supply chain, turning business demand into effective purchasing, replenishment and on-time delivery of materials.

You will work across demand planning, procurement and logistics, coordinating supplier relationships and ensuring stock availability aligns with project timelines. This role offers growth within an ambitious, design-led team and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, supply-chain operations, procurement operations or logistics.
• Strong purchase-order administration and supplier-expediting experience.
• Experience in demand planning, replenishment or stock control.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear purchasing and supply actions.
• Strong organisation, process discipline and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand into purchasing, replenishment and delivery activity.
• Consolidate forecasts into an operational purchasing plan.
• Monitor stock, orders and lead times to identify shortages and risks early.
• Provide clear information on stock availability and supply risks.
• Raise and manage purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate onboarding of suppliers and ensure information is in place.
