Job summary

MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading international consumer goods business to recruit a Global Supply Chain Finance professional. The role connects finance with manufacturing and logistics across the global network, delivering financial insight to improve profitability and working capital.

The successful candidate will report to the Global Head of Supply Chain Finance and drive performance, planning cycles and strategic finance initiatives across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with international finance experience in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with supply chain, manufacturing and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles including costs, working capital and non-financial KPIs.
• Consolidate regional submissions, identify risks, opportunities and actions to meet targets.
• Coordinate forecasting timetables across markets to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
• Lead strategic projects and robust financial modelling for major supply chain initiatives.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and support governance-ready business cases.
• Provide insights to improve profitability, working capital and performance across the global network.
