Reporting to the Global Supply Chain CapEx Leader, this role involves managing and coordinating the capital expenditure (CapEx) planning and execution across global supply chain operations. It plays a critical role in aligning investment strategies with business goals, driving efficiency, ensuring project execution, and enhancing CapEx governance and reporting practices.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the annual update of the Long-Term Strategy (LTS) CapEx plan, ensuring timely submission in collaboration with Regional and Project Delivery Group (PDG) teams.
  2. Act as the central liaison for stakeholders throughout the CapEx lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination and alignment.
  3. Advise Regional and PDG teams on CapEx business case development, including identifying benefits, assessing risks, and preparing ROI models.
  4. Monitor execution of the CapEx plan, ensuring investments are delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Maintain and update CapEx trackers, monitor actual vs. committed spending, and produce regular reports for stakeholders.
  6. Track and report on CapEx KPIs to ensure performance standards are met.
  7. Coordinate processes for Asset Under Construction (AUC) creation, asset capitalisation, labeling, inventory, and disposal.
  8. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and tools, ensuring CapEx work instructions remain current and effective.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and/or Excel, with the ability to create complex formulas and models.
  • Experience in data visualization and infographic design.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Programming skills are a plus.
