Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Supplier Due Diligence / Supplier Onboarding Analyst in Stevenage to support the Procurement Excellence team on a 6-month contract. You will handle supplier due diligence, onboarding, data management and collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Procurement.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, knowledge of ISO standards, and experience with supplier data tools. BPSS, SC clearance eligibility and 37-hour weeks are noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier onboarding, KYC or due diligence.
• Knowledge of Defence and Aerospace regulations.
• Understanding of ISO 37001 (Ethics) and ISO 9001 (Quality).
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Experience with Ivalua would be advantageous.
• SAP experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-procurement supplier due diligence using third-party tools and recommend assessments for compliance validation.
• Manage supplier onboarding processes and ensure accurate supplier data.
• Work closely with Finance, Compliance, Procurement and wider business stakeholders.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support supplier management.
• Ensure processes are completed accurately and in line with relevant requirements
