Job summary

Newcastle University is seeking a Student Recruitment & Outreach Manager in the Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering to lead the faculty-wide outreach strategy and delivery of student recruitment activities for UK and international audiences.

You will manage a small team, coordinate engagement with schools and partners, oversee ambassador activity, and evaluate campaigns to maximise applications and conversion across a diverse programme portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in outreach, recruitment or marketing campaigns.
• Experience delivering events and engagement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and plan ahead.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate a faculty-wide outreach strategy.
• Coordinate off-campus events, school visits and workshops.
• Produce reports tracking activity and impact.
• Lead international recruitment activities with Newcastle Global and regional teams.
• Line manage a small outreach team and drive ambassador programs.
