Job summary

James Fisher Maritime Transport is seeking an experienced STS Equipment Manager to own the readiness, reliability, and compliance of our global STS equipment fleet. You will lead strategy and delivery of maintenance, testing, renewal, and inventory management to keep equipment operational and compliant for safe transfer operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in equipment management or similar technical role in marine/offshore/energy sectors.
• Experience supporting STS operations or a comparable maritime environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ, compliance, and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage global STS assets, inventory and stock levels.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement controls.
• Oversee maintenance, testing, certification and compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and monitor usage limits.
• Ensure LNG systems are maintained with critical spares.
• Manage budgets for spares, freight, replenishment and disposal.
• Support asset renewal planning and CAPEX investments.
• Maintain ERP records and asset documentation.
• Lead equipment standards, change control and OEM compliance.
• Manage base partner relationships and service performance.
