Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Execution to join the Strategic Execution team in Washington DC or London, UK. This role will partner across Business Development, Operations, and FP&A to manage pipelines, refine reporting, and prioritize resources to meet aggressive growth targets.

You will analyze top-line data, translate pipeline demand into planning inputs, and surface trends to enable data-backed decisions.

Qualifications

Clear and concise communication to diverse audiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience in operating roles at high-growth companies or finance/consulting.
Comfort with cross-functional ownership from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Partner cross-functionally to manage pipelines, refine strategic reporting and resource prioritization.
