Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Associate Director, Strategic Execution to join the London, UK or Washington DC team. You will partner across Business Development, Operations and FP&A to manage pipelines, refine reporting, and prioritize resources to fuel aggressive growth.

You will translate top-line data into planning inputs, surface trends, and deliver data-driven insights to executive stakeholders, while leading multiple strategic projects with fast-paced autonomy.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication across audiences.
• High-energy, high-ownership with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional projects.
• Fast learner, proficient with new technologies.
• Detail-driven and data-focused.
• 4–10 years operating at high-growth firms or in finance/consulting.
• Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD, Operations and FP&A to manage pipelines and planning.
• Translate sales pipeline into planning inputs and trends.
• Identify and address recurring business process challenges.
• Distill data into strategic narratives for executives.
• Lead multiple strategic projects across areas as needed.
