Job summary

3H Partners in London (UK) seeks a senior strategy professional to independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a small team delivering structured analyses and primary research to inform client recommendations.

You will serve as a client contact, identify new business opportunities, and foster a high-performance culture while guiding junior colleagues. A hybrid work model with international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent analytical/engineering experience
• Master's degree in Engineering with outstanding academic record; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of high performance and achievements and ability to influence executives

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project executions and lead a small team to conduct analyses and primary research
• Serve as a client-facing point of contact and identify opportunities for relationship building
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and guide junior colleagues' development
• Lead workshops and present actionable insights to clients and team
• Work in complex, dynamic contexts as a project manager and provide operational support using structured analyses
