3HORIZONS is a global strategy consultancy based in London, with offices in New York, Turin and Nicosia. We seek a project leader to independently run end-to-end engagements, coach a small project team, and drive client value through structured analyses and workshops.

Fluency in English and French is mandatory; availability for international travel is expected. Hybrid working in London, England, with a competitive base salary and a performance bonus up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a top university; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy firm or strategy function in a reputed organisation.
• Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in previous roles.
• Demonstrated ability to influence partners and executives.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team on engagements (up to 3 people).
• Serve as point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for relationship development.
• Foster a high-performance culture by overseeing day-to-day project execution and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Lead workshops with diverse audiences and present practical recommendations to achieve lasting impact.
• Work in complex contexts as a project manager and provide operational support through structured analyses.
• Contribute ideas to the development of the Strategy in Action capabilities and methodologies.

Education

Master's degree from a top university; MBA preferred

3+ years of top-tier strategy consulting experience
