GE HealthCare is seeking a Global Procurement Category Lead for External Manufacturing to drive strategy, supplier management, and cost optimization across CMOs globally. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Operations to ensure compliant, value-driven sourcing.

The position targets candidates with strong experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and oversight of external manufacturing processes within a regulated healthcare environment.

Formación

• Experience in global procurement for external manufacturing or contract manufacturing.
• Ability to develop and execute global sourcing strategies.
• Strong negotiation and cost-reduction track record.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in medical devices/healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Develop global procurement strategies for external manufacturing including CMOs.
• Lead complex negotiations with key suppliers to achieve favorable terms and SLAs.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to align requirements.
• Manage supplier performance with regular reviews and KPI tracking.
• Oversee contract lifecycle for external manufacturing agreements and compliance.
