Job summary

Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is helping a fast‑growing AI infrastructure business in London recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. You will own statutory reporting across UK and international entities, ensure IFRS/UK GAAP compliance and manage external auditors.

You’ll shape processes to scale with global expansion. You will lead tax/advisory collaboration, implement robust reporting calendars, and support complex restructures and financings as the group grows.

Qualifications

• Strong statutory reporting background with IFRS/UK GAAP expertise.
• Experience managing statutory audits and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a multi-entity, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Own statutory financial reporting across multiple international entities.
• Lead preparation and filing of statutory accounts across jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and year-end audits.
• Oversee US GAAP to IFRS reporting bridge.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and filing obligations.
• Develop and maintain global statutory reporting calendars and governance.
• Partner with tax advisors and local finance teams worldwide.
• Standardise reporting processes as new entities are added.
• Support corporate transactions, financings and M&A from a statutory perspective.
• Contribute to finance transformation and ERP implementation projects.
