Ignition Collective is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of a flagship global sponsorship account. Hybrid working from Silverstone with international travel will be required, and you will coordinate strategy, activation, asset management and executive engagement programmes.

You will work closely with the Account Director to deliver high-value partnerships, manage budgets, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in sponsorship, motorsport marketing or agency account management.
• Strong knowledge of motorsport sponsorship, rights management and activation.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, motorsport teams or global sports properties.
• Proven ability to manage high-profile international client accounts.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of a high-profile partnership programme.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as an extension of their marketing team.
• Support the Account Director with strategic development and growth of the account.
• Lead client meetings, planning sessions and status updates.
• Develop activation plans aligned with client objectives and manage global workstreams.
