Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical cyber security roles with recent SOC management.
• Experience in SOC design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of Linux and open-source environments.
• Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR technologies.
• Good understanding of the cyber kill chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Experience with SCADA systems is desirable.
• CISSP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the global SOC strategy.
• Provide 24/7 oversight.
• Manage and develop the team.
• Conduct operational and board-level reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001.
