Job summary

Arup University is seeking a Skills Programme Coordinator to drive the Global Skills Programme, connecting 17,000+ colleagues across 54 technical networks worldwide. You will coordinate day-to-day delivery, manage milestones, and organise meetings with a diverse international team to support capability development.

You’ll work with Skills Leaders, contribute to governance, and improve processes while enabling others to succeed in a collaborative, professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme, project or coordination roles in professional services or knowledge-based environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of the Global Skills Programme.
• Manage schedules, milestones and programme documentation.
• Support global collaboration across regions and time zones.
• Act as a key point of contact for Skills Leaders and networks.
• Organise meetings, workshops and events.
• Prepare presentations, communications and updates.
• Track data, maintain records and support governance.
• Contribute to improving processes, tools and programme efficiency.
