Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Sr Manager, Global Site Activation, Legal Liaison to provide expert operational support for clinical trial contracting when IQVIA Biotech is the contracting party. You will act as the primary contact for contracting matters and ensure alignment with internal legal requirements.

You will lead contract template development and maintenance, advise stakeholders, and deliver training to Site Contracts teams to drive standardization and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law and at least 5 years' experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Experience with sponsor/CRO or pharma clients in clinical site contracting preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide study-specific contracting support to Project Managers, SSUMs, Site Contract Negotiators, and Global Template Developers.
• Lead development, validation, and maintenance of contract templates and the Global Site Contracts Library.
• Advise stakeholders on approved contracting positions, templates, and IQVIA contracting policies.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to Site Contracts teams on templates, governance, and escalation procedures.
