Fisher Investments Europe is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our SEO and brand initiatives globally. In-office role in London, you will manage cross-functional programs, coordinate with IT, Finance and external vendors, and drive content optimization and performance analysis to boost search visibility.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and SEO tools. Hybrid option may be available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital organic marketing, public relations, or equivalent.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a program to ensure all elements meet requirements efficiently.
• Oversee projects from envisioning through deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Define programs with goals and deliverables aligned to business goals.
• Proactively manage changes, dependencies, and critical paths with contingency plans.
• Maintain timelines and budgets related to programs.
• Recommend solutions to management to resolve business problems.
• Coordinate IT, Finance, third-party vendors and business users.
• Guide analysts and other PMs in evaluating current processes.
• Coach and motivate team members and contractors; develop best practices.
