Procurement & Sourcing - Global Senior Procurement Manager - Fleet - Directorship within 2 years - £60,000-£80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Shares + Package - London (hybrid working)

Due to exponential growth, this globally revered FTSE 100 Firm is ramping up its focus on best-practice procurement and has created a new opportunity for a rapidly developing Procurement expert to join the team. The successful candidate will be the key figure in driving this high-spending procurement function towards best-in-class standards. They will also be targeted for fast-tracked promotion to Sourcing & Procurement Director within 2 years and encouraged to make cross-functional moves.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a global category strategy for fleet supporting operational, financial, and sustainability objectives.
2. Drive outsourcing of the global fleet category to standardize operations, enhance efficiencies, and meet business goals.
3. Enable procurement strategies that meet fleet needs while delivering cost savings.
4. Collaborate with stakeholder organizations to influence outcomes for the category.
5. Lead performance in the fleet category to meet the firm's external sustainability commitments.

Candidate Requirements

1. Procurement experience in Global fleet is essential.
2. Experience in outsourcing fleet or similar global categories to standardize operations and achieve efficiencies.
3. Ability to create category strategies for indirect categories supporting operational, financial, and sustainability goals.
4. Proven success in championing sustainability objectives across regional stakeholders.
5. Experience in implementing programs across multi-functional teams and managing complex supply chains.
6. Strong global experience preferred.
