Job Description:

How will you make an impact?

Responsible for the seasonal and continuity assortment across all markets for Leathergoods, Hard Products and Footwear to ensure product offer is in line with brand image and is competitive and commercial in all markets. Proactively identify in-season opportunities to achieve budgeted sales and ensure that company targets on margin and inventory are also met.

  • Responsible for the seasonal buying campaigns and continuity for Leathergoods, Hard Products and Footwear to ensure buy is in line with sales plan and target ST%.
  • Coordinate all the Pre and post Buy activities on the Anaplan Retail Buy tool with input from regional merchandisers to ensure that all the necessary KPI are populated.
  • Ownership of seasonal and continuity range plans: liaise with product merchandisers to ensure documentation is kept up to date and both RT and WS buys are correctly recorded and shared with the production team.
  • Define setup quantities by region and store for planned seasonal launches, adjusting quantities based on production updates.
  • Work closely with the Demand Planning team to define the continuity assortment to ensure we never run out of best sellers.
  • Coordinate seasonal launches with the Logistics team and define prioritization plans in case of production issues or delays.
  • Regularly review in-season floor set performances to identify trends and propose stock consolidation to enhance sell-through and maximize inventory availability by market.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic communication with Logistics and Production teams to ensure alignment during fabric precommitment sessions, buy campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Support any ad hoc projects related to merchandising activities.
