Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidations to join the International Consolidations team across multiple countries. You will support consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis for four regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM and Canada) in a multinational setting.

The role offers exposure to global finance operations with opportunities to develop reporting expertise within a large, matrixed organization. Strong Excel and accounting knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or progress toward qualification.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, or consolidation.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic financial analysis tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a structured reporting environment; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries.
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and reporting packages for management and statutory purposes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations of consolidated results.
• Help establish and maintain best-in-class consolidation processes and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial submissions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and governance requirements.
