Job summary

Rising Associates is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead security strategy across multiple European locations from its Bracknell base. You will shape security governance, risk management, and senior stakeholder engagement, balancing business objectives with robust cyber controls.

The role covers incident management, audits, and security operations across a modern tech stack, including Azure governance, endpoint security, identity, and monitoring platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Information Security Manager or similar role.
• Strong governance, risk management, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure security and cloud governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group-wide Information Security and Cyber Security strategy.
• Establish security policies, standards, governance frameworks and risk management processes.
• Lead security risk assessments and remediation planning activities.
• Oversee incidents, investigations, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate security audits and attestations, including national and international scope.
• Support cyber security compliance initiatives and reporting to stakeholders.
