Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a Security Architect to deliver strategic technical security input to major programmes, planning controls to counter emerging threats, and contributing to a blueprint of technical controls with corresponding roadmaps.

The role focuses on regulation, ensuring networks and services align with TSA/TSRs, and requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and deep cyber security expertise within a global corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Provide security input to major programmes and security controls development.
• Define security policy and vendor selection guidance.
• Architect security controls and roadmaps across platforms and programmes.
• Ensure alignment with UK Telecommunications Security Act (TSA) and TSRs.

Responsibilities

• Impact on the business: deliver technology security input to major programmes and develop security controls against evolving threats.
• Leadership and teamwork: interact with Vodafone global central platforms and Local Markets across leadership and engineering levels.
• Innovation and change: influence global security strategy, roadmaps, and security patterns across Vodafone.
