This role is ideal for candidates with managerial experience, strong leadership, analytical skills, initiative, and a consultative mindset, along with thorough knowledge of banking, Sanctions processes, service operations, products, and systems. The position involves collaborating with Global Financial Crimes Compliance and Global Sanctions Compliance to deliver the firm's financial crime objectives. Responsibilities include assessing alerts related to Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, or Sanctions, based on system and manual sources.

As a Sanctions Escalations - Team Leader - Senior Associate within the Global Screening Operations (GSO) team, you will investigate live transactions with potential AML and Sanctions concerns. You must adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory environment and perform additional duties and projects as needed.

Flexibility in working hours is required, with occasional overtime.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team.
