Job summary

Grünenthal Group seeks a senior Global Scientific Communications Leader to drive the strategy across early pipeline to launch assets. You will connect scientific narratives, publications, congress activities and medical education with a consistent, evidence-based voice across geographies and channels.

Collaboration with Global Medical Leads and regulatory, HEOR, and market access teams is essential. You will mentor teams, manage external agencies, and ensure timely data disclosure and compliant

Qualifications

Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent).
Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech communications or Medical Affairs.
Proven experience in global scientific communications and publications.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the global scientific communications strategy across the portfolio.
Establish architecture linking narratives, publications, congresses and medical education.
Ensure evidence-based, differentiated scientific voice across assets and geographies.
Partner with Global Medical Leads and cross-functional teams to anticipate evidence needs.
Integrate publication and congress planning with development timelines and data disclosures.
Lead external engagement with experts and manage agencies and budgets.
