Role Overview

As a Global Sales Recruiter, you will:

  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across international markets and STEM sectors.
  • Develop and execute innovative global recruitment strategies to source top sales talent.
  • Utilise our digital platforms and automation technology to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Partner with clients and candidates, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and deal closure.
  • Represent our comprehensive suite of talent solutions, from behavioral profiling to performance services.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure an outstanding candidate and client experience.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Demonstrated success in 360 recruitment, executive search, or sales, preferably with experience in international or STEM sectors.
  • A consultative, relationship-driven approach with strong negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven drive, ambition, and a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
