Job summary

WorkWave is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Professional Services team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of IT/SaaS deployments, coordinating with international stakeholders and cross-border teams.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled project tracking, meticulous planning, and precise, auditable documentation. Travel up to 25% for key governance meetings, kick-offs, and steering reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, ideally managing global IT (software) and SaaS deployments.
• Experience with AI-powered tools to enhance resource scheduling, risk forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
• Structured PM experience within formal frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
• Track record of delivering complex projects on budget and on time, meeting revenue targets.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across international deadlines with attention to detail.
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills for global teams.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Efficiency: Champion the adoption of internal AI and automation tools to streamline project tracking and reporting.
• Strategic On-Site Presence: Travel domestically up to 25% to lead key meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Global Stakeholder Management: Build and navigate relationships with international clients and delivery teams.
• Scope & Detail Analysis: Define and analyze project scopes, resources, and localized outcomes.
• Precision Project Planning: Develop granular plans with dependencies across multiple time zones.
• Time Management & Execution: Track progress of concurrent workstreams to meet deadlines.
• Transparent Communication: Deliver precise progress updates to sponsors, boards, and clients.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify, track, and resolve risks with escalation when needed.
• Standards & Documentation: Use PM systems and maintain audit-ready project records.
• Financial & Project Closure: Close projects methodically to enable revenue recognition and learnings.
