Job summary

Ant International is seeking a senior leader to head WorldFirst Risk Solutions in a global risk-management capacity. You will bridge frontline business units with the risk organization, overseeing risk intake for new products, markets, and customer segments while safeguarding growth and compliance.

You will design holistic risk solutions, partner with product, tech and commercial teams, and communicate risk clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of risk management, risk strategy, or compliance in fintech or banking.
• Proven track record as a business-facing risk partner bridging policy and commercial goals.
• Strong holistic risk management with product, fraud, AML and operational risk insight.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly regulated environments balancing growth with risk.
• Excellent English communication; able to translate risk concepts for leaders.
• Independent contributor who drives risk initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as the front-end interface for CRO functions to business departments, managing risk reviews for new products, markets, and customer segments.
• Serve as an internal risk consultant, understanding business strategies and product logic to deliver holistic risk solutions.
• Design and implement pragmatic risk controls that enable growth while mitigating regulatory, AML, fraud and financial risks.
• Partner with product, tech and commercial teams to embed risk controls in the development lifecycle from day one.
• Communicate complex risk assessments clearly to business leaders to ensure alignment.
• Identify emerging risks in new initiatives and propose commercially viable risk mitigation.
