Job summary

Escode, a global leader in software escrow, is seeking a Lead Reward & Benefits Consultant on a fixed-term contract to December 2027. Based in Manchester with hybrid working, you will shape our global reward and benefits strategy, focusing on US healthcare benefits, total rewards benchmarking, job architecture and incentive design.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across geographies to design, negotiate and implement reward programmes, ensuring governance, value, and a positive employee

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in global rewards and benefits.
• Expertise in US healthcare benefits and vendor management.
• Proven ability to benchmark rewards and design job architectures.
• Experience designing bonus and commission schemes.
• Strong governance, analytics and stakeholder management.
• Background in reward consulting or HR consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead global rewards and benefits review across markets.
• Benchmark and align total rewards and pay structures.
• Act as SME for US healthcare benefits design and cost.
• Design and model bonus and commission schemes.
• Manage provider reviews, negotiations and implementation.
• Drive change management and employee communications.
• Establish governance and reporting for reward initiatives.
