An international consulting firm in the UK seeks a seasoned Reward Leader for an 18-month contract to lead compliance with EU Pay Transparency regulations. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in compensation and project management. This role involves collaboration across functions and developing communication strategies for implementation.

This role is part of BCG’s central Global Reward Centre of Expertise. The focus of this 18-month project role is to lead BCG’s readiness for the upcoming EU Pay Transparency regulations. You will coordinate a cross-functional program to interpret regulatory requirements, design BCG’s response, and oversee readiness across HR, recruiting, staff transparency, and reporting obligations.
