A global growth partner in London is seeking a Reward Integration Specialist for a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. The role involves leading the integration of TAG employees into reward frameworks and supporting compensation practices. Joining the Global Reward team, you will support the delivery of our global reward strategy, with a particular focus on the integration of dentsu's newest acquisition, TAG. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their expertise in reward and HR project work within a global context.
You will work closely with the Global Senior Reward Manager, Regional Reward teams, and TAG HR to help ensure consistency and alignment to market practice. Your responsibilities will include supporting project management activities, preparing documentation, and assisting with the integration of TAG employees into the dentsu career framework and harmonisation of benefits and policies. In addition to leading the delivery of major cyclical reward activities for the Tag business.
This role is key to ensure reward practices are integrated, aligned and delivered effectively, supporting a culture of transparency, equity and engagement across the organisation.
