Job summary

UBS invites ambitious penultimate and final-year students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program within our HOLT Business. You will be embedded in Equity Research on the HOLT team, learning to research companies, build financial models, and craft presentations for stakeholders.

As part of a global bank, you’ll gain exposure to industry and company analysis, valuation techniques, and AI-enabled insights, with mentors and a clear path toward potential Graduate Talent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year of undergraduate or master’s degree
• On track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
• Values aligned with hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• Interest in corporate valuation and equity analysis with client-facing role
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• Evidence of how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Responsibilities

• During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.
• Assist with data collection, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends to support investment recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Gain insights from the HOLT model to generate industry and company-specific reports.
