Job Title: Reporting Lead

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  1. The Reporting Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and managing Reporting solutions within Fusion REPORTING, EPM, Fusion Data Intelligence, Analytics, and other Reporting solutions.
  2. The role requires expertise in various Oracle Reporting tools, data analysis, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver insights that drive business decisions. The Fusion Reporting Lead ensures data accuracy, enhances Reporting capabilities, and provides leadership in creating a robust Reporting framework that supports all business functions.
  3. Design and deliver Oracle Reporting functional architecture strategy with leading practices throughout all phases of Computershare's Reporting Transformation.
  4. Review and approve Change Requests impacting the REPORTING space.
  5. Support and have knowledge of all interfaces and integrations related to REPORTING, working closely with global technology teams.
Top 3 Soft Skills:

Essential:

  • Must have relevant tertiary education in IT, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Accredited with Oracle Certified Professional or similar.
  • The role requires a strong understanding of Reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View, along with data analysis, report optimization, and data governance.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of working experience with Oracle REPORTING technology, preferably in a hands-on functional or technical capacity.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion cloud implementations in the context of reporting.

Preferred:

  • Understanding Oracle applications and architecture is highly regarded; exposure to other financial system applications is also valuable.
  • Ideally, candidates would have a degree in accounting or a recognized professional accounting qualification, along with a qualification in an IT-related discipline. Substantial experience in related areas is acceptable in the absence of formal qualifications.
  • Experience with COBIT or ITIL best practices.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
