You will lead design, improvement and governance of regulatory workflows, partnering with global teams to ensure quality, compliance and efficiency, with hybrid working and strong focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare or a related scientific discipline.
• Significant experience in regulatory affairs, clinical development or pharmaceutical process management.
• Strong understanding of global clinical trial regulations and regulatory submission processes.
• Proven ability to lead complex process improvement and transformation initiatives across global organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing diverse cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of global regulatory processes supporting clinical trial applications across multiple regions.
• Lead process design, optimisation and implementation initiatives to enhance quality, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Monitor regulatory process performance and recommend data-driven improvements to accelerate execution.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards and governance frameworks across the organisation.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by embedding innovative tools and best practices into workflows.
• Champion change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
