Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare or related field.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, clinical development or pharmaceutical process management.
• Strong understanding of global clinical trial regulations and regulatory submission processes.
• Proven ability to lead complex process improvement across global organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Drive continuous improvement of global regulatory processes for clinical trial applications across regions.
• Lead process design, optimisation and implementation to improve quality, compliance and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Monitor regulatory process performance and recommend data-driven improvements to accelerate execution.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards and governance frameworks.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by embedding innovative tools into workflows.
• Champion change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
