Job summary

Sandoz UK & Ireland seeks a Head of Regulatory Data Management & Support to lead global data governance, oversee CPP and xEVMPD/PMS data, and drive digital enablement across the regulatory ecosystem. This senior role combines regulatory expertise with strategic leadership to ensure compliant, timely submissions and robust data workflows.

You will build and mentor a global team, partner with Regulatory Affairs, Safety, CMC, and IT, and advance data quality and automation to accelerate market

Qualifications

• Minimum: Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English required (oral and written).
• Expert knowledge of regulatory affairs across end-to-end regulatory processes and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory data governance and quality programs.
• Oversee xEVMPD, PMS, IDMP/SPOR data ownership and integrity.
• Manage Health Authority correspondence and CPP/document workflows.
• Drive digital enablement and automation across regulatory data processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Safety, CMC, Quality, IT.
