Job summary

Mundipharma Research Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Systems Data Manager to lead strategy and governance of the regulatory information management system and data across the regulatory function.

You will oversee Veeva Vault RIM implementation, drive compliance improvements, and collaborate with IT and business partners to integrate RIM across the organization, while developing training and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency with Veeva Vault RIM and implementing its enhancements.
• Understanding global regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic oversight of the regulatory information management system.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of Veeva RIM.
• Develop regulatory data management to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate RIM across the business.
• Budget assessment for regulatory data management.
• Train users and develop SOPs for Veeva and RIM activities.
• Lead submission management and publishing teams.
