The Raspberry Pi Foundation is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join the People and Culture team in Cambridge. This fixed-term role (14 months) supports end-to-end recruitment across markets including India, Ireland, Kenya, the UK and US, reporting to the Director of People and Culture.

The role is office-based, with a minimum of three days per week in the Cambridge HQ, and a focus on delivering great candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a recruitment role across education/tech/not-for-profit sectors
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries (India, Kenya, UK, US)
• Experience screening candidates for manager review in high-volume environments
• Experience coaching hiring managers in job design and recruitment processes
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (Workable)

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers and manage end-to-end recruitment
• Ensure accurate, engaging job descriptions and positive candidate experience
• Advertise roles to maximise quality applications
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Workable)
• Screen applications and shortlist candidates for manager review
• Develop ideas to improve eligibility and reduce ineligible applications
• Ensure right to work checks and background checks before offer
• Support onboarding processes and candidate integration
• Support the Foundation's apprenticeship programme
• Collect benchmarking data to stay competitive
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
