Job summary

AbbVie in London seeks an International RWE Lead to bridge international affiliates with the MHI RWE Center of Excellence and cross-functional research functions. You will enable fit-for-purpose real-world evidence using optimal real-world data and methodologies, shaping strategic planning across areas and assets.

Key duties include coordinating expertise for International Area research needs, engaging with vendors, and contributing to evidence plans while staying current with evolving RWE

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years hands-on international RWE or outcomes research experience.
• Experience designing studies using diverse real-world data sources.
• Deep understanding of international RWE landscapes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the RWE subject matter expert within the assigned region and/or therapeutic areas.
• Coordinate with cross-functional research functions to align expertise for RWE projects.
• Help build international RWE networks and train affiliates on data use and methodology.
• Co-lead the Asset RWE Community with Global teams to define needs and formats for evidence.
• Stay current with evolving RWE guidelines and participate in external consortia.
