Job summary

Boeing is offering a Sustainability Intern (12 months) to support the Global Real Estate & Facilities team in advancing environmental, social, and operational goals across a global real estate portfolio. • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, Excel-based models, and dashboards.
• Interest in ESG principles, decarbonization, waste reduction, or sustainable design.
• Clear communicator who can work with diverse global stakeholders.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn about complex real estate systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Sustainability & Green Leasing initiatives within Boeing’s GREF portfolio.
• Assist in evaluating lease agreements against sustainability requirements and green clauses.
• Track environmental commitments, metrics, and audit trails across systems.
• Contribute to scenario planning to model real estate needs and environmental impacts.
• Support embedding sustainability into facilities planning and negotiations.
• Participate in safety and wellbeing alignment discussions related to environmental stewardship.
