Job summary

Global Real Estate seeks a Process and Efficiency Lead - Associate/VP to design and standardize metrics that reveal operational performance across its massive EMEA portfolio. You will track functional and operational metrics, Drive cross-functional service delivery, and align processes with ground implementation while coordinating with internal and external partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, training across portfolios, and establishing best practices to boost productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in GRE field handling Operations, Efficiency, Process and Analytics.
• Strong influencing skills. Ability to overcome resistance, negotiate and come to consensus solutions.
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and moderate discussion.
• Effective negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Experience in Change Management. Strong interpersonal communication and team player skills.
• Proficiency in technical writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive set of metrics that provide clear visibility into operational performance.
• Establish robust systems for tracking and analyzing both functional and operational metrics.
• Standardize the use of workplace metrics across locations.
• Continuously assess the impact of implemented changes by comparing actual results to goals.
• Oversee the development and management of KPIs and SLAs for supply partners.
• Champion initiatives aimed at streamlining workflows and optimizing operational processes.
• Review, moderate, align, and implement new procedures and processes to enhance cross-functional service delivery.
• Lead the region in the identification and development of best practices and changes across functions.
• Ensure implementation across the portfolio and carry out training sessions.
