Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects with budget/schedule/scope.
• Significant semiconductor/engineering environment experience.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record delivering new product programs on time, cost, and quality.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget responsibility.
• Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop project proposals and plans with R&D and marketing.
• Execute project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality.
• Maintain and report the overall program plan and milestones to internal and external teams.
• Monitor milestones, identify issues, and propose resolution paths.
• Manage program risks and budgets; highlight changes vs. plan.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations to deliver the program.
