A global consumer goods company is seeking a Global Quality Training and Capabilities Manager to define and execute educational deployment strategies. The role involves developing scalable training programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance across products. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and project management skills, along with experience in Quality/QMS roles.
The Global Quality Training and Capabilities Manager will be responsible for defining and executing a global strategy for Quality Capability and Educational deployment across the organisation. Sitting within the Global QMS team, the role will ensure consistent understanding and application of global quality standards through a robust educational framework and a network of QMS Owners, Training Coordinators and Quality Champions.
The role will lead the development of a scalable, engaging, and effective educational programme that supports Reckitt's commitment to quality across all product categories and geographies. As part of the Global Quality Centre of Excellence, the role will partner with other Strategic Quality Operational teams to ensure a consistent approach is delivered and that the team continually maintains compliance.
