Global Quality Process Development & Data Analytics Leader - AI/ML Focus

This position requires a proactive leader with expertise in improving quality processes through digital tools, data analytics, AI, and Machine Learning. You will collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain to drive innovation, own the digital quality roadmap, lead change management, and guide the quality team to align with company goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and improve quality processes such as NC management, FMEA, RCA, and supplier quality.
• Implement advanced data analytics, AI, and ML techniques for quality monitoring and process optimization.
• Create and execute the digital quality roadmap, integrating with business needs and tech trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for NPI and LCS projects.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles.
• Mentor and lead the HQ Quality team and Electrification leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify best practices and industry trends.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with hands-on data analytics experience.
• Expertise in scientific data analytics beyond standard tools, with a focus on AI and ML initiatives in quality.
• Proven leadership in quality management, process development, and digital transformation.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks like SAFe.
• Strong stakeholder management and continuous improvement skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and certifications.
• Experience with global supply chain quality challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
