Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Site Quality Leader for the Speke Manufacturing site. You will oversee theQuality, QA and QC operations, directing a ~50-person organization and partnering with R&D and other functions to develop, launch and commercialize products.

You will drive quality governance across the site, manage relationships with regulators, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires extensive QA leadership experience, strong GMP knowledge, and the ability to align quality

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a BS in a scientific field and extensive leadership experience in manufacturing QA/QC.
• Demonstrated knowledge of global cGMP requirements and regulatory inspections.
• Strong ability to develop and govern Quality systems and risk-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Quality function at Speke site, including QA and QC leadership.
• Directs strategic leadership for Product Quality, Compliance and Quality Systems.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies and drives readiness for inspections.
